8.16.15 Royale Note - birthday getaway trip

My husband surprised me with a getaway trip for my 55th (there, I said it!) birthday.

The cabin couldn't be lovelier. The furnishings are so cozy, especially the leather couch and chair.

We loved relaxing in the hot tub at night and gazing at all the stars that we can't see in our home town.

We highly suggest going to Blackwater Falls and seeing Seneca rocks from the Visitor's Center.

For food, the ribeye at the Deerfield was delicious, the burritos at Hellbenders were great, as well as the ice cream at the shop next to it.

No television or news for three days = paradise!!!
