6.14.15 Royale Note
This was our 12th anniversary and we were very happy here. The music, hot tub, shower, heated floors and furnishings were great. We went to Red Creek & Dolly Sods and got some great pictures. We went horseback riding at Mountain Trail Rides and it was great. We hiked LIndy Trail at Blackwater Falls. It was a very easy hike and the view of Blackwater Canyon is awesome. We ate dinner at Canaan lodge and after dinner drove to the golf course and discovered a little road at the edge of the parking lot. It takes you to a creek at the end and there is a beaver dam and yes we saw Mr Beaver. This was a much needed and very relaxing weekend.
